Refund Policy

1. General

This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions purchased through the Pinger.md service, operated by FOP Manchuk Igor Oleksandrovych (IPN: 3189520316).

2. Right to Refund

Users may request a full refund within 14 days from the date of payment if the Service was not used (no notifications were sent during the subscription period).

If the Service has been actively used (notifications were delivered to the user), a partial refund may be issued at the Operator's discretion, proportional to the unused portion of the subscription period.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us using one of the following methods:

4. Processing Time

Refund requests are processed within 5 business days from the date of receipt. The refund is issued to the same payment method used for the original transaction.

Depending on the bank, funds may take an additional 3-10 business days to appear on the user's account.

5. Cancellation of Subscription

Users may cancel their subscription at any time through the Service settings (Telegram Mini App → Settings). Upon cancellation:

  • The subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
  • No further charges will be made
  • After expiration, the account reverts to the Free plan

6. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Refund requested more than 14 days after payment with the Service actively used
  • Account was suspended due to violation of the Terms and Conditions
  • User provided false information during the refund request
