Terms and Conditions

1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Pinger.md service (hereinafter — "Service"), operated by FOP Manchuk Igor Oleksandrovych (IPN: 3189520316), registered at 34 Ivan and Yuriy Lyp St., apt. 70A, Odesa, 65078, Ukraine (hereinafter — "Operator").

By using the Service, the User agrees to these Terms and Conditions in full. If the User does not agree with any provision, the User must stop using the Service.

2. Description of Service

Pinger.md is a monitoring service for real estate, auto, and marketplace listings in Moldova. The Service scans listing platforms, matches new listings against user-defined filters (trackers), and delivers instant notifications via Telegram and/or Email.

The Service provides the following:

• Creation of search trackers with custom filters (price, location, category, etc.)
• Automated monitoring of listing platforms every 5 minutes
• Instant notifications about new listings matching the user's criteria
• Listing management (favorites, viewed, rejected)

3. Subscription Plans and Pricing

The Service offers the following subscription plans:

• Free — 1 tracker, unlimited notifications, 3 views/day
• Basic — 6 MDL/day (180 MDL/month): 3 trackers, unlimited notifications, 10 views/day
• Pro — 12 MDL/day (360 MDL/month): 10 trackers, unlimited notifications, 30 views/day
• Business — 24 MDL/day (720 MDL/month): 30 trackers, unlimited notifications, 100 views/day
• Premium — 48 MDL/day (1440 MDL/month): unlimited trackers, unlimited views, priority support

All prices are in Moldovan Lei (MDL) and include applicable taxes.

4. Payment Methods

Payment is processed via WayForPay payment gateway. The following payment methods are accepted:

• Visa / Mastercard credit and debit cards
• Google Pay
• Apple Pay

Subscriptions are billed monthly. Recurring payments are charged automatically using the stored payment method. The user may cancel the subscription at any time through the Service settings.

5. Service Delivery

The Service is delivered electronically. Upon successful payment, the subscription is activated immediately, and the user gains access to the corresponding plan features. No physical delivery is involved.

Notifications are delivered via Telegram messages and/or Email, depending on user settings.

6. User Obligations

• Provide accurate information when using the Service
• Not use the Service for purposes that violate applicable laws
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure
• Not abuse the Service in a way that negatively affects other users

7. Limitation of Liability

The Operator does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of listings obtained from third-party platforms. The Service acts solely as an information aggregator and notification tool.

The Operator is not liable for any damages arising from transactions between users and listing owners.

8. Modifications

The Operator reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
